The Gilbert Hospital opened in February, 2006 and was the first full-service, Acute Care General Hospital opened in the Town of Gilbert. In 2009, our emergency department treated more than 46,000 patients. 98.4% were seen by a Board certified physician in less than 31 minutes and the average wait time was less than 11 minutes which goes to show, at Gilbert Hospital, we treat your emergency like it's our emergency.
